Self-Storage Roll Up Doors
(opening sizes thru 10’x10’)

 Series 500

The Series 500 door differs from other doors in the industry because the curtain is made of full hard, Grade E steel.  This superior steel gives this door outstanding windload capabilities.

Series 600

The Series 600 door is the same as a Series 500 except the door support brackets have a built in radial bearing.  These bearings offer improved door performance over any other door available.

Series 550

The Series 550 door is our self-storage Series 500 door plus an external, adjustable spring tensioner.  The spring tension can be accurately set in 1/16 turn increments which results in a better operating door.

Series 650              ***ASB STANDARD DOOR***

The series 650 door is our standard self-storage roll-up door. It is the same as a series 550 with the addition of a radial ball bearing in the non-tensioner bracket.  This bearing reduces friction and offers improved door performance.

Series 850**ASB STANDARD WINDLOAD DOOR**

The series 850 door is the same as a series 650 only certified to 100 mph windload.

***110 mph windloaded doors also available***

Features

Double-plated mini-locks have four bolts for increased security.  Double lock holes accept a 7/16” shackle to protect tenant and owner.

Strong, deep ribbed corrugation in 26 gauge steel is available in eighteen standard colors.

Steel guides have pre-punched holes for anchors and locks.  Polyethylene guide strips are replaceable.  Corrosion-proof aluminum bottom bar is reinforced with a galvanized steel angle and has a replaceable vinyl weather-seal.

Door support brackets have integral bearing surfaces.  They are plated, and the bearing surface allows for a side-room of only three inches.  Steel jambs need no special preparation.  Support brackets are attached to the axle shaft and bolted to the guides.  They are then secured to the jamb through pre-punched holes with the anchors provided.

Mullions and header panels are an economical way to close the opening between columns and the roof.  Header panels are painted and combine with mullions to convert large openings to smaller ones.

Filler panels are an economical way to close the gap between the top of the opening and the roof.  Filler panels are painted, corrugated panels which match the door corrugation and are framed in at the sides and bottom with matching support channels.

Quicker installation and low maintenance are designed into every part of the door.
